Forgotten Formula Private Member Association
The Forgotten formula PMA is a private Member Association composed of doctors,healers, health practitioners, and everyday Americans who advocate for root causemedicine and uphold the principals of the United States Constitution. We function as aPrivate Medical Group that operates exclusively in a private capacity on a member-to-member basis. We leverage Supreme Court rulings pertaining to the 1 st , 4 th ,5 th , and 14 thAmendment, which cover the right to contract, freedom of speech, right to privacy, andfreedom of association.
As a member of the FFPMA, our members have access to association of providers. AsWell our FFPMA members have many options to improve their health.
